Shipping policy

​Once an order is placed it takes up to 2 business days to process the order. Once the order has been processed it is then readied for shipping. When your item(s) is shipped you will receive a tracking code to the email you provided to Creative Mindset. If you do not receive your shipping confirmation within 4 business days, feel free to reach out to us at: support@creativemindsetco.com.

Domestic shipping is usually 3 to 5 business Day.

​For International shipping please allow an additional 7-21 business days.

​Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day.
